Mr. Subhransu Sekhar Mohanty has been the Chief Executive Officer of PIPL Since its inception. Mr. Mohanty has extensive corporate carrier spanning over 29 yrs beginning with Tata Steel and Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi. Being a MBA in finance and HR, he has been guiding PIPL for its vertical and horizontal growth and diversification to other business areas. He has been constantly initiating strategy & plan of action to increase the turnover of the organization gradually with a clean profit orientation.

Mr. Sunil Pattnaik , in this capacity of Manager HR, looking after the important Human Resources Development of the organization. He is a dedicated official with extensive experience in HRD. He has been working to manage the retention and attrition of the employees for better manpower positioning and create an experience pool of professional in the organization. He has long carrier of experience in the HR field, which has added to the requirement of the organization, in professional manner. He is experienced in conducting various motivational training for the employees and designing various HR initiatives for the organization.

Mr. Debi Prasad Mohanty leads our operations teams across the Eastern, Northern and North East region. Mr. Mohanty focusses on new areas of expansion and opportunities both for PIPL and for customers. Presently working as a Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Majumder leads our operational teams for security and facility services in the West Bengal and northeastern region. With a diverse client base Mr. Majumder creates a strong partnership with customer stakeholders, using local knowledge to help design and deliver services.

Mr. Bairi Ganjan Parida is looking after all the Govt. related certification and empanelment work relating to various projects of Govt., Banks, and Corporate. He is also the key man to implement various skill development projects. He is looking after Liaison with Govt. Departments. Under the administrative control of Managing Director. He is also a carrier counselor with productive approach.

Mr. Rout leads our operational team in the Odisha state. He works closely with our Chief Operating Officer to support our customers, identify new and commercially effective ways of working at the all times ensuring safety and wellbeing of our site-based teams.

Mr. Swain joined PIPL in November, 2022. Mr. He has Experience of 10 years working for different industry verticals, as Accounts Officer roles and brings wealth of expertise and knowledge to PIPL.

Miss. Sipra patra is looking after back office administrative work and Management Information System to help the top management personnel. She co-ordinates various projects with the management and stake holders. She is young energetic having all ability to handle office work diligently.
